SHIPPING

Here's what you need to know.

1. We never use polyurethane mailing bags. Only recyclable paper bags.

2. We don't wrap our t shirts in plastic bags, we pack all out t shirts in paper bags.

3. We ship your orders Royal Mail standard second class and aim to ship them within 3-5 working days.

EASY RETURNS

If you need to return your item for an exchange or a refund please follow these simple steps.

1. Email info@gnarlytreeclothing.co.uk detailing your name, order number and which item/s you wish to exchange/return.

2. Re-bag and send item/s to address given in email.

3. Receive exchange/refund within 5-10 working days.

Please note.

Purchases can be returned for a exchange/refund within 30 days after the receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused and with all its original packaging and tags on the clothes in perfect conditions. You will be refunded for the value of the product. The refund will be made within 5-10 days after the product has been returned to us.
